We don't charge for travel time and we don't start charging for time until we arrive. We will explain exactly what the problem is and give you an estimate on repair time. We also will explain how to avoid the same repair in the future if possible.

If any parts are necessary we will make recommendations on replacements and provide several sources. We are able orderthe part for you and install if need be.
